Quay Yoga Cork provide yoga and meditation classes for beginners as well as for progressive students. Whatever one’s level of expertise, or reason for coming to yoga, we aim to provide yogic skills for the art of living in a more harmonious way and we give consideration to the individual needs of each student.

Quay Yoga Cork provide beginners yoga as well as classes for experienced students. Whatever one’s situation, level of expertise, or reason for coming to yoga, we aim to provide the students with the skills for the art of living in a simple and harmonious atmosphere and with consideration for individual needs of each student.

Quay Yoga classes comprise a balanced synthesis of postures, breath/energy techniques, concentration , meditation, and deep relaxation. There is also opportunity for a range of other practices such as Mantra, Nada yoga (the yoga of sound), cleansing techniques and many more delivered in workshops and retreats in Cork and Ireland. Weekly Class terms vary from 6 to 12 weeks according to the calendar. New students can pay for one class before committing to the course.
